We have been asked to write a review about Kristy Daniell. How do you review a real estate agent that we now think of as a friend? We met Kristy last year at the end of October. She was referred to us by Zillow when we were looking to purchase a new home. This was one of the best things that happened to us in this search. We would find houses on line that perked our interest and Kristy would make all the necessary calls and set up appointments to meet our schedule. Kristy would meet us at all of the appointments and show the homes, plus answer any questions we might have. If she didn’t know the answers, she would get the answers and call us. Kristy worked with us for months. She showed us dozens of houses and would always ask us what we liked or didn’t like to learn our tastes. Kristy helped us make offers on several homes, did all the paperwork and arranged for all the home inspections. If we didn’t like the results of the inspections, she also help cancel the contracts, all of this without any indication of frustration or irritation on her part. We found and purchased our new home with her help, and are in the process of making it “ours”. This may sound like things a real estate agent should do, but we had lived in our current home for forty-nine years and had no experience buying real estate, so we really appreciated her help.
